Return & Refund Policy

At Galactic Misfits, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we review your claim, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
